THE PLACE OF DREAMS GLOBAL is a global movement that provides creative and innovative solutions to local, national and global problems. We specialise in designing, developing and delivering revolutionary products and relevant services that centre around personal development and emotional empowerment for young people who are considered to be disadvantaged or disengaged.
As part of our vision, we aim to provide safe places where young people and influential adults can find solace, safety and solutions.
Our mission includes engaging, inspiring and transforming the lives of young people enabling them to live a life beyond their wildest dreams.

The USE YOUR VOICE project is public speaking platform where young people are encouraged to use their voice to discuss, debate and demonstrate what they deem to be inspirational or important.
The project has been designed to run over the course of twelve sessions (12) or during term time. Throughout the project participants will engage in debates and discussions and will be empowered with the tools and techniques that will enable them to ultimately use their voice with confidence and courage.
The USE YOUR VOICE project provides students of all abilities with a fun interactive an innovative way of developing their oracy skills and will help students intentionally and informatively with their communication, critical thinking and confidence building.
The P.E.A.R.L.S Project™ has been designed as six part interactive programme which is run by facilitators who are DBS checked and have lived experience. Each session is designed to last approximately 60 minutes.
The overall purpose of The P.E.A.R.L.S Project™ is to help teenage girls:
> Realise their value and maximize their potential
> Restore their confidence and raise their self esteem
> Reach their goals and follow their dreams
Karen Allen affectionately known as 'The Queen of Dreams', is the visionary pioneer of the THE PLACE OF DREAMS. Her passion and purpose includes challenging cultural norms and changing the narrative, especially as it relates to young people and black men.
She believes wholeheartedly that 'TEAM WORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK' and is on a mission to pioneer a global movement that inspires and encourages everyone, everywhere to "SPREAD LOVE AND SPEAK LIFE".
The mandate of THE POD is achieved through the partnerships and practical support of multiple agencies and supporters as well as projects and programmes which are designed and developed in-house.
The short-term vision of THE POD incorporates spiritual empowerment and personal development particularly around the areas of learning, leadership and legacy. The short-term aims will be realised through projects and programmes designed to inspire, empower and transform individuals, families and communities.
The long-term vision of THE POD includes establishing RETREAT, RESTORATION and RECREATION centres across the UK and around the world.
